How faith can help us deal with COVID’s uncertain situation?

Fear: I will get infected with Covid.
Faith: If I will get Covid, it will be a new experience for me and it will help me learn the preciousness of life and it will teach me compassion for those who already have gone through it. I can recover because it’s possible.

Fear: My condition will get worse because I already have problems.
Faith: I am not the only person who will deal with it, many people have overcome COVID who were already dealing with my medical issues. My condition will be under control when I will follow safety measures and will take care of my body & mind by practicing activities that are best for my health.

Fear: I am in absolute danger.
Faith: God is always protecting me, and I am in his care.

Fear: I cannot overcome it because I am not strong enough.
Faith: My strength can be developed if I follow a healthy diet pattern, my strength lies in believing my ability to go through it, it lies in trusting myself and God’s grace.

: Having faith doesn’t mean we should ignore the danger, it means we should accept what’s going on and still believe in a bright future that there’s light after this darkness, that there’s healing after this illness, that we can overcome this difficulty and will come out of this gloomy tunnel with more strength and learning and preparation for what’s ahead of us. If life were easy every time, it would be impossible to learn anything, hard times are our greatest learning source.
